G r e e t i n g s!
I am pleased to invite your news organization to the first "Project Sustainability Forum" of E-TRACS, a software solution that promotes efficiency and transparency in local tax collection. Developed by Rameses Systems, Inc., E-TRACS (short for Enhanced Tax Revenue Assessment and Collection System), automates real property tax assessment, business licensing, and revenue collections of local government units (LGUs).
You may be asking: "What's the news angle in this?" For starters, we offer the E-TRACS software to LGUs for FREE! If that isn't newsworthy, then may be this is: The going rate for a commercial version of this software is about Php30-50 million!
The forum will give you an opportunity to interview representatives of LGUs that have already deployed the software and those who have signified interest to use it. Rameses will also discuss how LGUs can sign up for the software and how the company intends to sustain this project at the least cost to stakeholders.
The forum will take place on February 3, 2012 from 9am to 5pm at the training room of the UP Cebu Technology Business Incubation facility located at the AS Building, UP Lahug Campus, Gorordo Avenue, Cebu City.
Hope to see your beat reporter at the forum. Should you wish to contact me, you may call my mobile number (0917-307-0196), landline (032-231-3230) or email me at this address (elmonazareno@gmail.com).
